	Ouran High School Never Ends (Anime North 2008 Best In Show) PLEASE READ! Thank you so much to the judges for allowing my videos to be in the contests and also to all the people who voted for me! I appreciate it more than you know! I made this AMV to show exactly what things are like in real-life and how the song reflects the series of Ouran High School Host Club. It was just too funny to resist. I did however have to re-watch the series over two times before starting, to find ways to make some scenes work. The anime shows the clichés of a "typical" high school. In high school, there are always these types of people: The beautiful, popular girl (Prom Queen/Reese Witherspoon), the smart, top-of-the-class student who is in charge of after school activities (Chess Team Captain/Bill Gates), the jokester (Clown/Jack Black), and the popular, handsome football player (Quarterback/Brad Pitt). In the song, other names such as Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise are brought up. Each of the people mentioned in the song are like an Ouran High School Host Club character. When thinking about which character to pick for each celebrity name, I took careful consideration of the character's personalities and role in the anime, not just their physical appearance. Ouran High School Host Club also shows a lot of "typical" student reactions to certain situations such as weight, popularity, and peer pressure and how even the popular ones get tired of all that. I knew that the anime would work well with the song even if I had to manipulate scenes to MAKE things work (PHEW! Lots of work!) Anime: Ouran High School Host Club Song: "High School Never Ends" By Bowling For Soup Completed: 10/22/2007 Hours to Make: The editing part took me anywhere from a month to a month and half, working at least five hours a day, but stopping for a couple of days every now and then when the frustration got overwhelming.
